The Intake Form is Crucial to you understanding the your swing and us finding the correct permutation of movements to apply. Please fill out as best as possible because the feedback you give is very important to the way a solution is offered.
For New Golfers that are unsure, Type “I’m NEW” in each section! Type a bit about your experience with golf, or other sports (or something about yourself you enjoy doing)!
A section for each “Miss” will be posted in Chapter 1 of the Lessons Tab. You will find great content under the course content and lessons tabs that will broadly add to your understanding as we work on your swing.
